Color Jam Jessica Stockholder in Chicago
Jessica Stockholder, a multi-media artist, has been commissioned by the Chicago Loop Alliance (CLA) to create an art installation containing flashes of color and geometric shapes that spill from building facades onto the sidewalk and streets.
A multi-color corner between State and Adams Streets in Chicago that invades, with its colour surrounding buildings, as the name says.
Color Jam is the largest public art installation world wide, is specifically composed of over 76,000 square feet of colored vinyl, enough material to wrap over 130 city buses.
